There are many things provided to human society by democracy, but it can’t provide human being with mind.  Democracy  let human being  to develop its self any way, but  in the most of cases it prefer growing to  foolishness, because it makes human life easier.

So if the most of society eat better food, inhabit better apartments, following the still prevailing progress pattern we are ready to believe that higher culture patterns are to be used......

A mind free to value   the world around could be not encouraged in conditions of bourgeois democracy but it’s not persecuted.  In any ideological state fee human mind is always an enemy. It’s always persecuted

Above is the quotation of Fasil Iskander’s book. A wise one it is, I believe.  Beside any literature features (which may disappear in my humble interpretation) it clearly show the civilization way. So the civilization goal is then to develop this «free human mind». And  that is not possible without JUVENILE education system development.
